Who should attend SM4SB?

Probably not. The primary objective of SM4SB is to help small business owners learn to use social media. Check out our agenda here for more details.

Can I bring my kids to SM4SB?

Absolutely! Kids under 12 months are welcome to attend with their parents. We ask that you consider other attendees and take your kids out of the sessions if they become disruptive.

On site child care is available at a reasonable hourly rate for children from age 6 weeks to 12 years on a drop-in basis for up to three hours a day. (Monday – Friday, 8am – 8 pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am – 7pm)

How do I get to SM4SB?

Several airports provide service to Orange County:

John Wayne International Airport (SNA) – 14 miles
Long Beach International Airport (LBI) – 31 miles
Los Angeles Airport (LAX) – 50 miles

Ground transportation to the Renaissance Club Sport from the airport is available for a fee ranging from $30-$50 on average. Available shuttle services include Supershuttle and Prime Time Shuttle

What should I wear at SM4SB?

October in Southern California is beautiful and generally sunny. Temperatures reach a high in the mid 70’s and drop to the mid 50’s overnight. Mornings and evenings are usually cool, so we suggest packing a jacket or sweater. It’s a good idea to dress in layers because hotel conference rooms are generally kept cool, and there is quite a difference between midday temperatures and temperatures after dusk. Remember to pack your swimsuit as you may wish to use the heated pool and jacuzzi at the hotel.

Business casual attire is appropriate for the sessions. Casual cocktail party clothing is appropriate for the cocktail reception on Thursday evening.
